Warranty Coverage<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Chord & Major warrants this product to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR under normal use from the date of purchase. This warranty is available to the original purchaser, and only if purchased from official \/ authorized resellers. Please keep your warranty card and purchase receipt in a safe place, the original purchase receipt must be provided together with any claims.<\/p>\n

Exclusions and Limitations<\/h3>\n

1.Damage caused by abuse, misuse, mishandling or modifications performed by anyone other than Chord & Major.<\/p>\n

2.Loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Chord & Major.<\/p>\n

3.Missing official Chord & Major warranty card including proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

4.Expired warranty, starting one year from date of purchase.<\/p>\n

5.The carrying pouch, wood box, cleaning tool, adapters, ear tips or other included accessories are not covered.<\/p>\n

NOTE<\/strong>: Claims considered by Chord & Major Service Center to be outside warranty coverage will NOT be eligible for our free global after-sales service.\u00a0 Out of warranty claims will also be charged standard servicing fees to be quoted by Chord & Major on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

Requesting Warranty Service<\/h3>\n

1.Email us at \u00a0info_global@chord-m.com \u00a0including the photo of your failure earphone, a copy of your purchase record and contact details.<\/p>\n

2.Chord & Major global service center will contact you with your case number and next steps.<\/p>\n

3.If covered by warranty you will receive free service; If not, we will quote the cost of repair for your confirmation.<\/p>\n

4.After your earphones have been repaired we will send them back to you.<\/p>\n

NOTE: <\/strong>Please allow up to 4 weeks for testing, repairs and return shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).<\/p>\n

When Sending in Your Earphones<\/h3>\n

1.Protected \/ wrapped earphone ONLY (without the wood box).<\/p>\n

2.Include Warranty card \/ Purchase receipt.<\/p>\n
