Chord & Major Service Requirements
Warranty Coverage
Chord & Major warrants this product to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR under normal use from the date of purchase. This warranty is available to the original purchaser, and only if purchased from official / authorized resellers. Please keep your warranty card and purchase receipt in a safe place, the original purchase receipt must be provided together with any claims.
Exclusions and Limitations
1.Damage caused by abuse, misuse, mishandling or modifications performed by anyone other than Chord & Major.
2.Loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of Chord & Major.
3.Missing official Chord & Major warranty card including proof of purchase.
4.Expired warranty, starting one year from date of purchase.
5.The carrying pouch, wood box, cleaning tool, adapters, ear tips or other included accessories are not covered.
NOTE: Claims considered by Chord & Major Service Center to be outside warranty coverage will NOT be eligible for our free global after-sales service. Out of warranty claims will also be charged standard servicing fees to be quoted by Chord & Major on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting Warranty Service
1.Email us at info_global@chord-m.com including the photo of your failure earphone, a copy of your purchase record and contact details.
2.Chord & Major global service center will contact you with your case number and next steps.
3.If covered by warranty you will receive free service; If not, we will quote the cost of repair for your confirmation.
4.After your earphones have been repaired we will send them back to you.
NOTE: Please allow up to 4 weeks for testing, repairs and return shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When Sending in Your Earphones
1.Protected / wrapped earphone ONLY (without the wood box).
2.Include Warranty card / Purchase receipt.
3.Case number and contact details – Full name / number / email / Mailing address with zip code.
